Rob Ferguson has been in the real estate profession since 1991. In 2002, Rob made the move to RE/Max Allegiance after 11 years with Prudential. Rob has been a top performer with RE/Max and has earned his way into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and received the RE/MAX Life Time Achievement Award as well as receiving the other top awards with RE/MAX of being in the Chairman's Club and Platinum Club. Rob also holds the honor from the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® as a "Life Time Top Producer" and "Life Time Million Dollar Sale Club" awards and holds his Graduate of REALTORS's Institute degree. Rob is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District and he prides himself on putting his client's needs first and providing outstanding service. Rob resides in Arlington with his wife Katie, his three sons - Garrett, Patrick, and Mitchell along with their yellow lab Biscuit. In his free time he likes to go on hikes with his sons, play golf, exercise, and follow Virginia Tech Football and Basketball.Rob also practices what he preaches and owns several properties in Arlington and has interests in commercial properties in Cleveland Park and Clinton, MD.

Bob is a life long resident of Springfield, Virginia. Bob taught and coached in the Fairfax County school system for 34 years at Robert E. Lee High School and Lake Braddock. Upon retiring in 1999 he joined his son, Rob Ferguson, in real estate. Bob is an effective communicator and an active real estate investor. He is a Multi-million Dollar Real Estate Producer and prides himself in treating his "clients like family".

Roberta joins The Ferguson Real Estate Team's with experience and great expertise in the field of Human Resources. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from East Carolina University in 1994 and a Masters Degree from George Mason University in 2000. Roberta's former career in the school system and her current career in Real Estate have shaped her fundamental beliefs and ideals. She understands the need to educate her clients and help them to make the best decision for themselves and their families. Roberta's availability, attention to detail, responsiveness and enthusiasm are among some of the attributes that make her have very special client/agent relationships.

Ryan Muller joins The Ferguson Real Estate Team after interning with us during the summer of 2008. During his time as an intern, Ryan handled all of the "behind the scenes" business in our office and began to learn the business from the ground up. He also helped to manage the rehabilitation of a seven unit apartment building in the Courthouse area of Arlington as he worked in the day to day operations of our Thomas Keller Property Management division.

Ryan graduated in May 2009 from Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance and a strong desire to succeed in the Residential Real Estate profession. He and his brother have partnered to own and manage investment properties in Virginia. In his free time, Ryan loves to get outdoors for a wide array of activities, play golf, and follow the Virginia Tech Hokies.
