Rob Ferguson has been in the real estate profession since 1991. In 2002, Rob made the move to RE/Max Allegiance after 11 years with Prudential. Rob has been a top performer with RE/Max and his sales totals in 2007 were in excess of 20 million dollars and in 2008 were over 14 million dollars - the average sales volume for agents Nationwide is 2 million! This is well over the industry average! Rob is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District and he prides himself on putting his client's needs first and providing outstanding service. That is why 95% of his business is referrals from past clients and friends!

Rob resides in Arlington with his wife Katie, his three sons - Garrett, Patrick, and Mitchell along with their yellow lab Biscuit. In his free time he likes to go on hikes with his sons, play golf, exercise, and follow Virginia Tech Football and Basketball.Rob also practices what he preaches and owns several properties in Arlington and has interests in commercial properties in Cleveland Park and Clinton, MD.

Bob is a life long resident of Springfield, Virginia. Bob taught and coached in the Fairfax County school system for 34 years at Robert E. Lee High School and Lake Braddock. Upon retiring in 1999 he joined his son, Rob Ferguson, in real estate. Bob is an effective communicator and an active real estate investor. He is a Multi-million Dollar Real Estate Producer and prides himself in treating his "clients like family".

Roberta joins The Ferguson Real Estate Team's with experience and great expertise in the field of Human Resources. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from East Carolina University in 1994 and a Masters Degree from George Mason University in 2000. Roberta's former career in the school system and her current career in Real Estate have shaped her fundamental beliefs and ideals. She understands the need to educate her clients and help them to make the best decision for themselves and their families. Roberta's availability, attention to detail, responsiveness and enthusiasm are among some of the attributes that make her have very special client/agent relationships.

Kelly joins the The Ferguson Real Estate Team with experience in the field of retail management. Kelly was a manager for Crate and Barrel for several years before deciding to stay home eight years ago after starting her family. During this time Kelly also pursued her avid interest in interior design by decorating and staging several homes for clients, family and friends. She now brings her strong organizational and client relationship skills to The Ferguson Real Estate Team. Kelly resides in Arlington with her husband Derek and children Lucy and Alex.
